Retail is Changing: Touch-screen Comes, Salesperson is Not Welcomed
Touch screen is making it big. While i was listening to my lecturer, this post on fastcompany intrigued me. Salesperson position is now obselete. It will be banished from the earth in the near future, 5 years to come. The company who is experimenting with this new approach but not so new technology, has the cash to execute. Domination is underway. If Audi is experimenting, cant Proton do the same?
